A versatile grass/legume combo for all-season use.
Provides nitrogen fixation, deep root penetration, winter cover and more. Sow no later than 6-8 weeks before first fall frost for use as a winter cover that winter-kills at about 15 degrees F, leaving behind a great mulch. (70% peas/30% oats by weight). Seeding rate: 180 lbs/acre, 5-6 lbs/1000 sq ft, 1 lb/150-200 sq ft.
