An early 1900's heirloom with white flesh and tan skin. A flavorful variety that is great for frying, roasting and mashing. Keeps firm when boiling. Very popular in the Midwest.

Seed potato orders are preorder only (January 31st order deadline) for this once-per-year group purchasing event.

We will be able to distribute the seed potatoes to all islands. After the January 31st deadline, we’ll review orders and reach out to you if any alterations are needed (ex. a variety has gone out of stock, or the total amount ordered is insufficient to qualify for wholesale cost).
